Hayley founded Our Story & Co after more than 20 years of working with families in the local community.
As a former Family Support Worker, she has supported a wide range of families through different stages of parenting.
Alongside her professional background, Hayley is a mum of four, including a child with additional needs.
Her own experiences of motherhood, including anxiety, isolation and loss, have shaped her understanding of how important the right support can be.
What began as a focus on early parenthood has grown into wider support for families at different stages, as well as women looking to build confidence and feel more in control of their lives.
Through groups, courses and personalised in-home support, her work focuses on creating practical, supportive spaces where people feel understood, more confident and less alone.
