Seedlings: The Baby & Parent Journey (0–3 Months)

The early weeks with a new baby can feel overwhelming.

You’re learning everything at once, feeding, sleep, routines, and it’s easy to feel unsure, exhausted, and constantly second-guessing yourself.

Seedlings is a 4-week course designed to help you feel more confident by understanding your baby and knowing how to respond to their needs in everyday life.

This is not about strict routines or doing things “perfectly.” It’s about giving you simple, practical tools you can use straight away.

Over 4 weeks, you will learn how to:

  • Recognise your baby’s cues (so you’re not constantly guessing)
  • Create a gentle daily rhythm that works for you and your baby
  • Use everyday interaction to support your baby’s development
  • Understand newborn sleep and respond calmly to challenges
  • Build confidence getting out and about with your baby
  • Share the load and feel more supported as a parent

Each session is relaxed, supportive, and practical, giving you space to ask questions, connect with other parents, and apply what you’re learning in real time. By the end of the course, you won’t have all the answers, but you will feel clearer, more capable, and more confident in your day-to-day parenting.

You might be wondering:

Understanding Emotions: Making Sense of Big Toddler Feelings (18 months – 4 years)

Toddler emotions can feel intense, unpredictable, and hard to manage. One minute they’re fine, the next they’re overwhelmed – and you’re left trying to figure out what just happened.

You might be wondering:

  • Why do small things lead to big reactions?
  • Should I be stopping tantrums – or understanding them?
  • How do I respond without everything escalating?

This workshop helps you make sense of what’s really going on beneath your toddler’s behaviour – so you can respond with more confidence and less guesswork. Because toddlers aren’t trying to be difficult, they’re having a hard time.

This isn’t about “fixing” behaviour. It’s about understanding it and knowing what to do in everyday moments.

During the workshop, you will learn how to:

✔ Understand why tantrums happen and what your child is communicating

✔ Respond in ways that support your child’s emotions

✔ Use simple language shifts to reduce frustration

✔ Create routines and predictability that help calm behaviour

By the end, you’ll feel calmer, clearer, and more confident in how you respond.

Toddler Talk & Big Feelings (2–4 years)

Toddlers are learning to talk, understand the world, and manage big emotions, all at the same time. And that often shows up as frustration, meltdowns, or behaviour that’s hard to handle.

You might be wondering:

  • Why aren’t they using words instead of reacting?
  • How do I support their language without pressure?
  • What do I say in those intense moments?

This workshop helps you understand how communication and emotions are closely linked—so you can support both with simple, everyday strategies. Because toddlers don’t calm down or communicate clearly on their own, they learn how to do it with us.

You’ll learn how to:

✔ Support your toddler’s language development naturally through play and everyday moments

✔ Respond to big emotions in a calm, clear, and consistent way

✔ Use simple phrases that reduce frustration and guide behaviour

✔ Build connection first to encourage cooperation

✔ Handle tricky moments with more confidence and less stress

The session is relaxed, practical, and interactive – with opportunities to try things out in real time.

By the end, you’ll feel clearer on what to say, how to respond, and how to support both your toddler’s communication and their emotions.

Little Buds: The Toddler & Parent Journey (18 months – 3 years)

  • Am I handling this the right way?
  • How do I support them without it becoming a battle?

Little Buds is a 4-week course designed to help you feel more confident navigating this stage, by understanding your toddler and knowing how to respond in everyday moments.

  • What should I be looking out for?

Baby Talk Starts Now is a gentle, supportive workshop designed to help you understand how your baby’s communication develops, and how you can support it through simple, everyday moments.
