Gentle, guided movement to support your recovery after birth, alongside a space to connect, talk and feel supported.
This is more than an exercise class. It’s a chance to reconnect with your body, build confidence and be around others who understand this stage of life.
Babies are always welcome, so you don’t have to worry about childcare, you can come as you are.

Flourish – Confidence & Discovery
Flourish is a structured personal development programme designed to support parents in rebuilding confidence, strengthening self-esteem and developing healthier communication and relationships.
You’ll learn simple, practical tools to help you:
- feel more confident in yourself
- communicate more clearly
- set boundaries without guilt
- manage your reactions and emotions
This isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you feel more sure of yourself in everyday life.

Who Are Our Story & CO?
Our Story & Co is a Community Interest Company supporting parents across Reading and West Berkshire. We exist to reduce parental isolation and help rebuild the “village” that many families feel is missing during pregnancy, postnatal recovery and early parenthood.
We provide practical, compassionate support through community groups, workshops and personalised in-home support. Our aim is to create welcoming, non-judgemental spaces where parents can connect, learn and feel supported.
Our work includes funded parent and baby groups, postnatal movement and support sessions, and collaborative workshops delivered in partnership with local organisations.
